Our company prepared and supplied all machinery and control system as a 'turnkey' solution por the company VLASINA ECO ENERGY d.o.o Beograd, which was the investor in the power plant.
Water is fed to the power plant by pipeline with net head 141 m. Turboset works with a flow of 0.25 m3/s.
This turboset is placed in the machine room and is equiped with a horizontal two - nozzle Pelton turbine with overhung runner on the shaft of the generator with an output of 190 kW.
The programmable control unit UNITRONICS Vision 1040 with HMI interface placed on the door of the switchboard is used as a control system for this power plant. It is accompanied with a Windows operating system, which is connected to the Vision 1040 via SCADA system HONEYWELL Experion PKS HS. This Small Hydro Power Plant is accessable for remote operators via TeamViewer or VNC Viewer.
The power plant is complemented by continuous monitoring via a camera system of four fixed cameras. These cameras are placed in and outside of the machine room.
